Alan Kitay is the Director of Grace Christian Counseling Ministries. He holds a Doctorate Degree in Psychology from International Christian University and a Masters Degree in Educational Counseling from A&M University. He is a Licensed Professional Christian Therapist and a Board Certified Christian Counselor.  His experience includes over twenty-five years as an educator in both the private and public sectors and over eighteen years as a minister. 

Alan answered the call to the ministry in 1984. Since then he has served as an Evangelist, Assistant Pastor, and Christian Counselor.  In addition to his work with GCCM, Alan teaches classes in Christian Counseling and conducts classes, seminars, and workshops teaching others how to apply Biblical principles to their lives. He has authored four courses which comprise the foundational classes for the Certified Christian Counselor Training Program offered by GCCM through Grace  Bible Institute. Alan also serves as the Vice-President of the American Association of Christian Therapists.

Alan began teaching in the public schools in 1988. In 1989, he was listed in Who's Who in American Education.  He is certified to teach both Reading and Sociology. After eleven years of teaching in the classroom, Alan decided that he wanted to work more directly with the students, so he now works as a middle school counselor.
