Individual Counseling - One on one counseling. This is a good beginning to help identify the root causes of the problems one is facing. Interpersonal and intrapersonal conflicts are frequently aided by this method. Indiviual counseling provides a safe, secure, and confidential setting that permits one to be open and honest without fear of criticism, judgment, or rejection. This counseling is effective with adults and children.

Premarital Counseling -  Premarital counseling can help identify (and if possible resolve) areas of difference between couples that may become a source of conflict later. Young couples, new to long term relationships may not have have the experience to evaluate, discuss, and resolve the issues that are common to most marriages. Premarital counseling can help couples identify current issues that may lead to future conflict as well as help to identify potential issues that the couples have not considered.

Marital Counseling - There are so many things in a marriage that couples never thought of, unmet needs and expectations, and differences of opinion that can lead to conflicts - issues involving sexual conflicts, children, financial burdens, meddling family members, living habits, work, and religiopus differences have been known to cause many a disagreement. Often, the unresolved problems are brought up over and over again, with no signs of them being ever worked out. Marriage counseling can help resolve disagreements and arguments in a Biblically correct manner for a lasting and happy marriage.

Family Counseling - This approach is found to be the most successful when dealing with issues that affect all members of the family. Issues such as alcoholism, drug and substance abuse, anger, family conflicts, blended family issues, and grief and loss are all best counseled collectively.
